See what I get for tooling around on the internet? Another fun idea to try! I was at the Marcus Fabrics site when I ran across a reference to overdyeing. They've taken their black-and-white print fabrics and dyed them with really great results (see photo at right). They've even provided instructions to help you: check out Overdyeing 101 and Overdyeing 201 for information. I have a bunch of black-and-white prints from a quilt that I made for my nephew that I might have to experiment with.
